Packed bed scrubber :
It is intended by engineers to remove gaseous or vaporous pollutants from an air stream. It is done by contacting the contaminated air stream with scrubbing liquor that helps in absorbing pollutants. You can get them in any size as every unit is customized to meet the certain needs of the application.

Sieve Tray scrubber

Fiber Tech sieve tray scrubber is well suited for absorption of highly soluble, but volatile compounds, like alcohols, acetone, and other organic compounds and acid gases. These types of systems have a numerous perforated trays in a vertical cylinder tower. Their number can vary depending on the application and efficiency requested by the customer.

Venturi scrubber

Engineers at Fiber Tech design venturi scrubber to make effective use of energy from the inlet gas stream to atomize the liquid being used to scrub the gas stream. These scrubbers are used for removal of gaseous and particulate pollutants, especially when Scaling could be an issue.
  • A high concentration of dust is inside the inlet stream.
  • The dust is sticky.
  • The gaseous contaminant is soluble or chemically reactive with the liquid.
